Water is given to the grain by the buckets that are rotated by flow of the grain, according to the grain flow speed, volume of the bucket.
When the grain flows it rotates the wheel, the water filled into the buckets and carried to the grain. When grain do not come wheel do not rotates thus no water is given.
It is easy to use and maintenance cost is very low.
