CERNO ROTARY SEPARATOR

Rotary separators are for separating coarse and fine impurities from the wheat. Rotary separators are used at the pre-cleaning section, before silo loading, with larger perforated sieving sheets as well as it provides effective cleaning at the cleaning section before milling with its smaller perforated sieving sheets.

By means of a motor drive with eccentric weight spindle and pulley system, sieving housing, which hanged to the stable housing with fiber rods, gains oscillation movement. Free oscillation sieving housing guarantees high cleaning efficiency with low maintenance.

New construction closed housing has panoramic covers. There are two decks of sieving frames in the housing on the top there is sieve frame with bigger hole and at the bottom there is sieving frame with small holes. There is extra control covers for the bottom sieving frames.

Maintenance of the sieving frames is easy and prac¬tical. Perforations on the sieving frames are kept open by rubber cleaning balls which are moving on the sieving frames by an oscillation effect created by the machine.

Dust and other fine particles, which occurs while cleaning of the wheat, are sucked by an air channel coupled to the machine. More efficient cleaning can be done by aspiration from the machine housing. There are also applications with air channel or closed circuit tarar in order to have better cleaning the fine particles such as dust, wheat skin etc, in the wheat going out from the separator.
