CLOSED CIRCUIT TARAR

The Closed Circuit Tarar is used for the separation of light particles such as dust, skin etc from grain by means of an air circulation.

Since the air to be used for separation is produced by a coupled fan on the machine, there is a saving on the cleaning filter area. Waste accumulated at the bottom is carried by a screw conveyor to the waste outlet. The regulation of the stock going through the machine can be made by an adjustable feeding system. Regular movement of the feeding system ensured by adjustable springs on the both sides.

There are manual aspiration flaps for fine aspiration adjustment.

In order to keep the screen perforations clean, that are inside the machine housing where dust and light skins are separated and there is fan suction, a cleaning system with an automatic pneumatic controlled cleaning with a timer is used. Therefore air suction efficiency is continuously kept at the high level.

There are inspection glasses on the both sides of the machine enabling to see the movement of the wastes like dust and skin.
