SCOURER

In the cleaning section, horizontal scourer is used to remove impurities which are adhered to the wheat such as sand, clod etc. and also it is used for scouring the wheat.

Abrasive plates on the rotor group are made of a special material which are resistant to wear and tear. Thanks to this, maintenance costs of the machinery reduce. Rotor is finely balanced. In case of wearing out, maintenance can be done by changing only abrasive plates without dismantling rotor and bal¬ancing. In the bearing housings on the both ends of the rotor, durable bearings are used which are suitable to the working conditions of the machine.

Fixed abrasive plates on the housing group have various types in special forms. Those plates are made of wear resistant special material likewise the rotor. Covers on both sides of the machine provide easy maintenance.

While the grain, to be scoured, move between the special formed abrasive nosings on the rotor and stator pallets, at the same time, grain rub against each other. Therefore we can get an efficient scouring performance. It is possible to adjust the staying time of the stock in the machine by outlet dampers.

Either air channel or closed circuit tarar is applicable at the outlet of the machine.
