LOW PRESSURE FILTER

Electronic jet filters are used for filtering of the dusty air that is sucked from the cleaning machines or pneumatic conveying air in the milling section. It is applicable both with positive (exertion) and negative (vacuum) systems.
There is a pressured air tank filled with blower on the top of the machine. It is possible to monitor the tank pressure with a manometer fixed on one end of the tank. On the other end of the tank there is a pressure relief valve which prevents excessive pressure rise in the tank. On the pressured tank , for each filter sleeves there is a pneumatic controlled sleeve cleaning mechanism. Some proportion of the air in the pressured air tank is given instantly into the sleeves in turn , which need to be cleaned, by an electro-pneumatic system. Therefore dusts accumulated on the surface of the sleeves are cleaned by means of an instant pressured air. Thanks to this, filter sleeves are cleaned properly.
Filter sleeves cleaning time can be adjusted from the elec¬tronic control box.
Maintenance covers on the main housing can be manufac¬tured with double covers according to the customer demand or need which leads to easy maintenance on filters. There is also turn-lock system option on the filter cages which is reducing the removing and mounting time of the cages dra¬matically.
By means of a rotoflow connection or a vibration with vibrator motors to the bottom conical outlet of the filter, smoother dis¬charging can be obtained. In case of height problems in the application of the filters, bottom sweepers are used in order to sweep the stock to the air lock outlet.
