CONTROL SIFTER WITH PALETS

Used for crude sifting of the flour again before packaging or loading into bins. Besides, it can be used to classify the flour into two categories. After the product to be sifted passes through inlets it is transported to the dampener via a short screw conveyor. In the dampening it is thrown to the sieving sheet by the pallets that are attached to the rotor. The sifted product exits the machine from wide bottom cone. What can not pass through sifter passes through the dampening edge and exits the machine. Assembling and disassembling of the sieving sheet in the sieving cylinder can be done practically.
